LINCOLN · Mullen defeated Wynot 3–0 Saturday at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
How the match turned
Mullen opened with a seven-point win, then extended its lead with a 25–11 second set. Wynot scored four more points in the third than it had in the second, but Mullen finished the sweep 25–15.
The second set produced the largest margin of the final at 14 points. Mullen won all three sets by at least seven.
