PROJECTED after Thursday — not official NSAA seeds. Snapshot rebuilt 10:53 a.m. CT Friday, Oct. 23 from NSAA’s schedule export and wildcard points (NSAA points page last updated 23 Oct 2026 10:51:20 am CDT). Five Thursday finals are now NSAA-official; one Thursday game is still blank in the export and stays as a tip overlay. Friday’s full Week 9 slate is still unplayed — opponents below are listed only as remaining games, with no invented win/loss averages. Official seeds land after Week 9, about Oct. 24–25.

NSAA Scout rebuilt the averages with the manual point system (wins 50/47/44/41 by opponent division; losses 36/33/30/27; playing up adds 2/3/4). Score does not matter — only the win or loss. This pack replaces the 9:02 a.m. CT build that still listed Brownell Talbot as C2 No. 15 IN.

NSAA confirmed vs tip overlays

NSAA official Thursday finals (use the export, not a tip): Lincoln Southwest beat Lincoln North Star 28–21 (Class A); Red Cloud beat Grand Island Lutheran 54–27 (Class D6); Centura beat Hastings St. Cecilia 50–14 (Class D1 — was tip at 9:02); Loomis beat Arapahoe 82–30 (Class D2 — was tip); Neligh-Oakdale beat Bloomfield 46–18 (Class D2 — was tip).

Still tip-overlay (NSAA schedule blank): Clarkson beat Omaha Nation (D3, @NEBHSFB graphic FINAL). That one stays labeled tip until NSAA posts it.

A–B: Southwest in; Gross last in

In Class A, Lincoln Southwest’s NSAA-official 28–21 win over Lincoln North Star moves Southwest to projected No. 14 (6-3, 40.333). Lincoln Southeast (4-4, 38.875) is last in; North Star (5-4, 38.778) is first out.

In Class B, Omaha Gross Catholic (2-7, 35.111) is last in on the points-order proxy; Lincoln Pius X (2-6, 34.625) is first out. Remember B4 cannot take a wild card.

C1–C2: Alliance cut; Brownell out of C2 berths

In C1, Alliance (4-4, 38.0) is last in; Mount Michael (3-5, 37.375) is first out. Nebraska City is C1(INELIGIBLE) and filtered from berths.

In C2, the 9:02 pack wrongly kept Omaha Brownell Talbot as points-order No. 15 IN. The eligibility rebuild drops Brownell and Chase County from projected berths. Lincoln Lutheran is No. 15; West Point-Beemer (5-4, 38.444) is last in; Norfolk Catholic (3-5, 37.75) is first out. Brownell’s games still count for opponents.

D1–D3: Centura + Neligh now official; Clarkson tip remains

In D1, Centura’s win is NSAA official. Tri County (6-2, 39.75) is last in; Alma (5-3, 39.125) is first out. Six D1 schools are classification-ineligible and filtered.

In D2, Loomis and Neligh-Oakdale wins are NSAA official. Neligh-Oakdale sits projected No. 12 (7-2, 39.889). Fullerton (4-4, 38.125) is last in; Tri County Northeast (4-4, 37.625) is first out.

In D3, Clarkson’s tip over Omaha Nation still cascades through the band. Leigh (6-2, 40.25) is last in; St. Mary’s (5-4, 39.889) is first out. Southern is D3(INELIGIBLE).

D6: Red Cloud field No. 4; Sterling last in

Red Cloud (7-1, 43.375) is points No. 5 after the NSAA-official 54–27 win over Grand Island Lutheran, and eligibility-filtered playoff field No. 4 because McCool Junction, Mead and HTRS are ineligible. Sterling (4-3, 39.286) is last in; GI Lutheran (4-4, 39.25) is first out. Doubtful Friday 0–1/1–0 NSAA rows in D6 were left unplayed on purpose.
